New Year, New Tricks

New things that Griffin has started doing in the past month:

1. Humming. He'll hum along with Tom and I when we hum "If you're happy and you know it", a Hendrix Family classic tune..
2. Pointing to his right ear when you ask him where his nose is. Nice.
3. Clearly saying the word "more" when he wants more of what he's eating. A particularly cool new trick.
4. Walking while holding onto our fingers. It's so cute, but you can't encourage him by saying "yaaay", as he'll let go of your fingers to clap his hands, and falls flat on his face.
5. Pointing to pictures on our walls and saying "Dahh", meaning "Dad".
6. More clearly saying "Mom" and "Dad" and definitively meaning "Mom" and "Dad". He usually says "Dad" when he is happy and excited to see his Dad, and only seems to say "Mom" during his desperate times, ie. waking up hungry in his crib. (I'll take what I can get..)
7. Making monkey noises! He goes "ah ah ah ah" when we see monkeys or talk about monkeys, which is a lot!!!
